You can purchase meat directly from the ranch. We have a retail store that is open on Wednesdays from 2pm to 6pm and Saturdays from 10am to 2pm. You can also order your meat by telephone (941) 639-7070 or shop on line to be delivered to your door. We currently only ship to Florida. All orders are shipped on Wednesdays, orders must be placed by Monday for shipping on Wednesday. Orders placed Tuesday or later will be shipped the following week. Just scroll down and start your shopping.  Please keep in mind that our cuts tend to run smaller than what the consumer might see in a typical grocery store. For example, the wild hogs tend to be 60 to 200 pounds vs. 275 pound average for a factory farmed animal. Our beef is similar, 700 pounds vs. 1200 pounds for a factory farmed animal. Some of our cuts are in ounces, and some in pounds. All our product is U.S.D.A. inspected and it is hormone and antibiotic free.
